Update on Yoodo Brand and Services
CelcomDigi is committed to ensuring seamless transition for all Yoodo customers. You have an option to continue your existing plan (data, voice and SMS).
Blocking of SMS containing URL link, personal details and phone numbers
Dear customers, please be informed that short message services (SMS) from local, international mobile numbers and sender codes that contain URL links, personal details, and/or phone numbers will be blocked. This directive has been issued by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as an initiative aimed at reducing online scams.
New SST Charges
As announced by the government, effective 1 March 2024, the SST rate will increase from 6% to 8%. The service tax increment will not affect Telecommunication Services. However, it will affect some content and VAS services.
Fraud call
Please be wary of calls or missed calls you may receive from unfamiliar foreign numbers. Do not respond to these calls and always remain on high alert against call scams that may try to get you to reveal your personal data. These calls usually come from foreign numbers that may be unfamiliar to you.
