Please be assured you will continue to enjoy your existing service (data, voice and SMS) without any interruptions.

  1. Why is Yoodo brand discontinuing?

    Yoodo is a digital telco brand by CelcomDigi, riding on the CelcomDigi network. As part of the CelcomDigi merger undertaking committed to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), the Yoodo brand is required to be discontinued within 18 months of the merger.

  2. How will this impact me?

    You will continue to enjoy existing services (Data, Voice and SMS) on the CelcomDigi network, and product and support channels from CelcomDigi without any interruptions until further notice.

  3. Will I be able to use and make payment for my subscriptions?

    All services (Data, Voice and SMS) including payment channels will remain as is until further notice.

  4. What do I do in the mean-time?

    No action is required from you now as your service (Data, Voice and SMS) will remain as is. Should you decide, you have the option to port out to another operator of your choice.

  5. What will happen after 17 May 2024?

    More information about your service will be shared with you on 17 June 2024. Until then, you will continue enjoying your existing service on the CelcomDigi network without any interruptions.
