Term and Condition

  1. The 5G Internet (“Promotion”) will be in effect from 12:01 AM on 11 January, 2024, until further notice. Any extension or discontinuation of this promotion will be at the sole discretion of CelcomDigi.
  2. This Promotion is applicable to both new and existing Yoodo users who have a 5G-supported device with a USIM within areas covered by 5G. They will be eligible to enjoy this promotion during the specified period.
  3. 5G services will utilize high-speed base data plans and add-on data.
  4. The 5G Internet cannot be subscribed separately as a booster; it must be bought in conjunction with a high-speed base data plan. Please note that 5G services are not available for unlimited data base plan subscriptions.
  5. To benefit from the 5G internet, users are required to subscribe to any of the high-speed base data plans.
  6. For an additional 25GB of 5G/4G bonus data, users should subscribe to any of the high-speed base data plans from 40GB to 100GB with 5G Internet.
  7. If your plan is renewed before the Promotion period, please change your plan to subscribe to a high-speed base data plan and add the 5G Internet to access the 5G network. This change will take effect during your next billing cycle, or you can opt for an immediate change.
  8. Users may renew their plan at any time during the Promotion period to take advantage of the 5G services.
  9. For Yoodo users who have already activated 5G services, 5G Roaming will be automatically available in areas supported by the 5G roaming network operator. Yoodo users need to subscribe to the Roam Like Home pass to enjoy 5G roaming services.
  10. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify, or delay this Promotion without prior notice at any time.
  11. Yoodo is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunctions of our telecommunications network, lines, servers, providers, software, or email services.
