Important to know
- This Campaign is open to:
- New to Yoodo customers who register a new Yoodo line, or port in their existing lines from other telco providers, and subscribe to any base plan (Data, Voice & SMS) with minimum spending of RM 25 during the campaign period
- Existing customers or customers who port in their existing lines from other telco providers, and subscribe to any base plan (Data, Voice & SMS) with minimum spending of RM 25 during the campaign period
- Existing customers who subscribe to any base plan (Data, Voice & SMS) with minimum spending of RM 25 during the campaign period
- The Campaign period is from 13 January 2022 to 15 February 2022.
- Eligible customers must subscribe to a base plan (Data, Voice & SMS) with minimum spending of RM 25 to qualify. Any spending for Booster (Data, Voice, SMS & Add on), Add on, Roaming, IDD and Premium Deliveries will not be counted towards this minimum spend.
- If you have more than one line under your account, an individual phone number must spend the required amount to earn the entry for this campaign. Purchases made for multiple phone lines will not be accumulated.
- Winners will be selected on a random basis from the pool of eligible customers and can only win one (1) prize throughout the campaign period.
- All winners will be notified via email as per the registered email address of their Yoodo account.
- The Grand Prizes (Apple iPhone 13, Huawei Nova 9, Vivo V23e 5G, RENO 6 Z 5G) will be rewarded in the form of digital gift voucher where winners will be responsible to redeem their prize directly from the seller.
- The RM28 Yoodo Wallet credit can be used only to pay for your Yoodo plan and will be credited into your Yoodo account within 30 working days from the date of notification. It is not exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
- Winners will be disqualified, and prizes will be forfeited in the event that their Yoodo account (s) are inactive, ported out or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the fulfilment of the prizes.
- Yoodo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and forfeit any prize from a winner who is found in violation of the terms and conditions or undertaken fraudulent activities harmful to this campaign.
- Yoodo’s decision on the winners shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained.
- Yoodo reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of equal value at any time without prior notice.
- All unclaimed prizes after one (1) month from the date of notification will be forfeited, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
- The prizes are provided on an “AS IS” basis and Yoodo disclaims and excludes all manufacturer warranties relating to or in connection with the prizes.
- The winners shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
- By accepting the prizes, the winners expressly grant permission to Yoodo and its agencies to use the winners’ name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
- Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this campaign without prior notice at any time.
- Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software and failure of e-mail.
