Step 1: Activate a New SIM or Monthly Plan
Step 2: Choose a High-Speed plan (the Unlimited data plan will not be eligible for the discount).
Step 3: Start customising your telco plan with a minimum of RM 30/month
Step 4: Choose the validity that you wish to subscribe to: 90- or 180-days.
Step 5: Make payment with your preferred payment method.
If you wish to change plans within the 90- and 180-day validity periods, it will result in forfeiture of your plan, and no refunds will be provided.
We recommend you do so at the end of your 90- or 180-day plan to avoid losing your subscription.

No. If you wish to renew your validity plan, go to “Change Plan” > “Customize Your Own Plan” > and select “Later (after my current plan expires)” in the confirmation page. Otherwise, the validity period will be reset to 30 days.
Note:
If you cancel your line, your plan will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be provided
Your plan will be auto renewed to the previous plan with 30 days validity. If you turned off auto renewal function, your line will be Mode off.
If you wish to renew your 90 or 180-day validity plan, go to “change plan,” “customize your plan,” select “Later (after my current plan expires)” and then “apply your plan changes option”.
If you activated the “suspend lost SIM”, it will immediately suspend all services, and plan auto renewal/refresh will be switched off.
However, reactivation after the plan refresh date will result in forfeiture of any remaining balance and validity plan subscription.
