1. This Campaign ends on 30 April 2024.
2. There are two sections of participation and prize give away for this campaign,
   1. Monthly Prize Lucky Draw – Eligible participants with a minimum of one (1) entry on the specific month will stand a chance to win the monthly prize.
   2. Grand Prizes Lucky Draw – Eligible participants with a minimum of five (5) entries during the campaign period will stand a chance to win the grand prize.

3. Existing Yoodo users – Purchases / transactions will not be tracked and enrolled to the campaign if you do not provide your Yoodo number in the campaign website enrollment form.
4. Yoodo number provided must be a valid number with an active status in order to be eligible to enter the campaign.
5. New Yoodo customers – Purchases / transactions will not be tracked and enrolled to the campaign if you do not activate your Yoodo line using promo code MENANG_ACT.

Monthly Prize Lucky Draw

1. Only entries earned within the month will be counted for the lucky draw of the month. Entries cannot be brought over to the subsequent month. 
2. The Monthly Prize Lucky Draw winners are selected randomly based on their transactions performed each month within the campaign period as follows.
   1. 6 December 2023, 00:00am to 31 December 2023, 11.59:00pm (Month 1)
   2. 1 January 2024, 00:00am to 31 January 2024, 11.59:00pm (Month 2)
   3. 1 February 2024, 00:00am to 29 February 2024, 11.59:00pm (Month 3)
   4. 1 March 2024, 00:00am to 31 March 2024, 11.59:00pm (Month 4)
   5. 1 April 2024, 00:00am to 30 April 2024, 11.59:00pm (Month 5)
3. Monthly Prize winners will be announced on every 14th of the consequent month at our campaign website page.

Grand Prizes Lucky Draw

1. Grand Prizes Lucky Draw winners are selected randomly at the end of the campaign period and will be announced on 21 May 2024, 3:00pm

Details of Prize Claims & Company’s Right

1. Each participant is eligible to win only (1) once in the Monthly Prize Lucky Draws throughout the campaign period.
2. Winners in the Monthly Prize Lucky Draws are still eligible to participate in the Grand Prizes Lucky Draw provided the minimum entries are met.
3. Each winner wins only one (1) Grand Prize during the lucky draw.
4. Winners will be notified via email and app notification and will be requested to provide delivery details. 
5. Winners will be disqualified if their Yoodo account(s) are inactive, ported out or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the fulfilment of the prizes.
6. Prizes will be fulfilled within 8 to 12 weeks after the winners’ announcement of the respective campaign period and upon receiving the delivery details. 
7. Shipping to PO Box is not allowed.
8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
9. Yoodo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and forfeit any prize from a winner who breaches the terms and conditions or undertaken fraudulent activities harmful to this campaign.
10. Yoodo’s decision on the winners shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained.
11. Yoodo reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of equal value at any time without prior notice.
12. All unclaimed prizes after thirty (30) working days from the date of the email notification will be forfeited, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
13. The prizes are given out on an “AS IS” basis and Yoodo disclaims and excludes all manufacturer warranties relating to or in connection with the prizes.
14. The winners shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
15. By accepting the prizes, the winners expressly grant permission to Yoodo and its agencies to use the winners’ name, photograph, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
16. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this campaign without prior notice at any time.
17. Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software, and failure of email.
