- For existing users, Cashback, credited as ‘Offer Cash,’ is valid for 180 days from the date of credit to the redBus registered account. After this period, the Offer Cash will expire, and its benefits will no longer be available for the user.
- The Offer Cash once availed are exhausted and in case of cancellation of the relevant bus ticket booking, Offer Cash shall not be credited back to redBus registered account of the User.
