Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Roda Riang Raya is a spin-the-wheel campaign which runs until 31 May 2023.
2. There are two sections of participation and prize give away for this campaign.

1. 1. 100% Sure Win Roda Riang Raya – Defined as eligible participants who receive a unique spin code upon meeting the campaign criteria and participate in the wheel spinning for a guaranteed prize.
   2. Grand Prize Lucky Draw – Each spin code earns an entry to the Grand Prize lucky draw. A participant who earns more spin codes will stand a higher chance of winning the grand prizes in the lucky draw that is held on 8 June 2023.

100% Sure Win Roda Riang Raya

1. This campaign is open to all Yoodo users and non-Yoodo customers.
2. Eligible participants will receive a unique spin code per each eligibility criteria met with Yoodo.
3. Eligible participants refer to new and existing Yoodo users that fulfil the criteria below during the campaign period. 

New Yoodo Customers

1. Switch to Yoodo and activate a minimum RM35 plan, and get one (1) spin code
2. Then, proceed to spend a minimum of RM15 on booster products* in a single receipt within the same bill cycle and get one (1) more spin code
   (* Data / Voice / SMS or add-on booster products, Power Pass, RLH & IDD)
3. Participants are allowed to repeat step 2 above multiple times within the campaign period to earn more spin codes for guaranteed wins and for higher chance in winning the Grand Prize lucky draw

Existing Yoodo Users

1. Spend a minimum of RM35 on the next plan renewal
2. Proceed to spend a minimum of RM15 on booster products* in a single receipt within the same bill cycle and get one (1) spin code
   (* Data / Voice / SMS or add-on booster products, Power Pass, RLH & IDD)
3. Participants are allowed to repeat step 1 and 2 above multiple times within the campaign period to earn more spin codes for guaranteed wins and for higher chance in winning the Grand Prize lucky draw

4. Eligible participants can play the Roda Riang Raya spin-the-wheel more than once by earning more spin codes when they meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
5. Spin code will be sent through email and push notification on Yoodo app within 24 hours after the qualifying transaction. 
6. Eligible participants who receive a spin code from Yoodo can visit Yoodo’s Roda Riang Raya microsite to spin the wheel and win prizes latest by 31 May 2023, 11:59pm.
7. Participants must insert a valid Yoodo number together with the spin code when participating the wheel spinning to earn a chance in participating the Grand Prize lucky draw.
8. Any entry to the Grand Prize lucky draw with an invalid Yoodo numbers will be disqualified immediately from participating.
9. All Roda Riang Raya spin prizes will be served to participants immediately after the wheel spinning.
10. Roda Riang Raya prizes will be rewarded in the form of digital vouchers and unique voucher codes where winners will be responsible to redeem directly from the respective platforms. 

Grand Prize Lucky Draw

1. Participants from Roda Riang Raya will be automatically eligible for the Grand Prize lucky draw.
2. Each spin code redeemed during Roda Riang Raya entitles the participant an entry in the Grand Prize lucky draw.
3. More spin codes represent higher chance of winning in the Grand Prize lucky draw.
4. Lucky draw winners are selected randomly at the end of the campaign on 8 June 2023. 
5. Each winner wins only one (1) Grand Prize during the lucky draw. 
6. Winners will be disqualified if the Yoodo number inserted during Roda Riang Raya wheel spinning is invalid.
7. Winners will be disqualified, and prizes will be forfeited in the event that their Yoodo account(s) are inactive, ported out or terminated for any reason whatsoever until the fulfilment of the prizes.

8. Winners will be notified via email and app notification and will be requested to provide delivery details. 
9. Prizes will be delivered by postal service within 8 to 12 weeks upon receiving the delivery details. However, shipping to PO Box is not allowed.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
11. Yoodo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and forfeit any prize from a winner who is found in violation of the terms and conditions or undertaken fraudulent activities harmful to this campaign.
12. Yoodo’s decision on the winners shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint or appeal shall be entertained.
13. Yoodo reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any of the prizes with other prizes of equal value at any time without prior notice.
14. All unclaimed prizes after thirty (30) days from the date of notification will be forfeited, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
15. The prizes are provided on an “AS IS” basis and Yoodo disclaims and excludes all manufacturer warranties relating to or in connection with the prizes.
16. The winners shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
17. By accepting the prizes, the winners expressly grant permission to Yoodo and its agencies to use the winners’ name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice.
18. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this campaign without prior notice at any time.
19. Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software and failure of e-mail.
