Terms and conditions

  1. The Jaringan Prihatin initiative will run for 12 months. The registration period will begin from 12.01 am on 5 May 2021 until 30 September 2021.
  2. The Jaringan Prihatin initiative will only apply to those that are eligible for Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) and Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH). The primary applicant of BPR of each household is eligible to participate in this programme.
  3. Both new and existing Yoodo users that are eligible can register for the Jaringan Prihatin initiative during the registration period (5 May
    2021 – 30 September 2021). Any registration after the end of the registration period will not be entertained.
  4. Yoodo will not entertain any issues encountered in regards to eligibility. Yoodo users can appeal their eligibility via https://bpr.hasil.gov.my or 1800-88-2747.
  5. Each eligible customer is allowed one (1) claim per NRIC under the Jaringan Prihatin initiative. As the Jaringan Prihatin initiative is tied to the individual subscriber’s NRIC, it cannot be transferred to a third party.
  6. Eligible users have to purchase the 20GB Prihatin Pass in order to redeem the 2GB Daily Prihatin Pass. Users can only purchase the 20GB Prihatin Pass once in a calendar month.
  7. The 80GB for RM5 every month is derived based on the purchase of the 20GB Prihatin Pass for RM5 along with the 60GB from the redemption of the 2GB Daily Prihatin Pass for 30 days.
  8. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this initiative without prior notice at any time.
  9. Yoodo is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telecommunications network or lines, servers or providers, software and failure of e-mail.
