Important Notes
  1. “Users with active plans” are defined as users that have at least one line with an active plan on their account. This includes new activations and plan renewals on the dates mentioned. Lines with no active plan will not be granted the free 1GB Data.
  2. The free Data will be credited into your account starting 30 Mar 2020 (Mon) until 14 Apr 2020 (Tues), and once weekly on 20 April and 27 April 2020.
  3. If your Yoodo account has more than one line with an active plan, all these lines will receive the free 1GB Data every day based on the dates mentioned above.
  4. Despite multiple plan subscriptions/renewals in a day, only 1GB will be granted and not multiplied by the number of subscriptions/renewals.
  5. If your line has no active plan before and you purchased a new plan on any of the dates mentioned, you will receive the free 1GB Data.
  6. The free 1GB Data will be added to your current Data balance. For example, if your plan has ‘15GB left out of 20GB’, it will show ‘16GB left out of 20GB’ after the free 1GB Data has been granted.
  7. The free 1GB Data will accumulate if it’s not used up. For example, if your plan does not renew/expire between 30 March – 14 April 2020, you will have received 14GB Free Data in total that you will be able to use until your plan expires/renews.
  8. The free 1GB Data validity will follow the plan that it was granted to. For example, if you have received the free 1GB Data on 30 March, 31 March and 1 April for a total of 3GB and your plan renews/expires on 1 April, your 3GB will expire when your plan renews/expires. But if your plan remains active, you will receive the free 1GB every day from 2 April – 14 April 2020.
  9. If you are eligible for the free 1GB Data and have not received it by 11:59pm on the the dates mentioned, please contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat at the bottom of this page.
  10. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this Campaign without prior notice at any time.
