Terms and Conditions

  1. This voucher is only applicable for Yoodo users that have at least one active Yoodo line.
  2. Voucher holder must be 16 years old and above only.
  3. Original or digital voucher must be presented at the point of redemption. Copied, damaged or defaced voucher will not be accepted. No reissuance or reimbursement for any lost or void voucher.
  4. No refund will be given if the holder did not fully utilise the voucher’s amount.
  5. Redemption must be one-off, voucher cannot be split into multiple redemptions.
  6. Redemption is not valid on ad-hoc promotional products or combined with other offers.
  7. Duplicate use, sale or trade of this voucher is prohibited.
  8. Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, products, and services. Subject to 6% SST, where applicable.
