Important Notes

  1. Active users are defined as users that have at least one line with an active plan on their account. This includes new activations and plan renewals on the dates mentioned. Lines with no active plan will not be able to redeem the free 1GB Data.
  2. Yoodo reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, suspend, cancel, modify or delay this Initiative without prior notice at any time.
  3. You will need to redeem the free 1GB Data daily via the App.
  4. If your Yoodo account has more than one line with an active plan, you will need to redeem the free 1GB Data daily via the App for all lines.
  5. The free 1GB Data validity will follow the 24-hour duration or your plan renewal/expiry date-time, whichever is earlier. Any remaining quota from your free 1GB Data will expire when 24 hours has passed.
  6. The free 1GB Data can only be redeemed once every 24 hours. For example, if you redeemed the free 1GB Data at 9am on 5 May and your plan renews at 1pm, your free 1GB Data will expire at 1pm, but you can only redeem another free 1GB Data on 6 May at 9 am.
  7. The free 1GB Data will have its own balance and expiry time upon redemption. You can keep track of this on your App.
  8. New users will be able to redeem the free 1GB Data immediately upon successful SIM activation.
  9. If your line has no active plan before and you purchased a new plan within the time period mentioned above, you will be able to redeem the free 1GB Data immediately after your purchase.
